What does this performance option do?

I when click Edit > Preferences > Performance, there is an option called "Launch Elements Apps Faster when System Starts". What does this do? Does it add an entry to Windows startup?

Since I installed PSE 2023 I noticed a new startup entry:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 2023 Organizer\Elements Auto Creations 2023.exe

Is this the entry added by the option?

I've tried searching the documentation regarding this option and I can't find anything. If anyone knows of any documentation, please direct me.

it loads libraries,(presets) when you start your computer, not waiting to load to them when you start the actual program.

Right meow I have 126 custom brush sets.   I also have 47 custom shapes libraries installed, and about 29 color swatch sets installed.   Stuff like that is what they are talking about.

I honestly think this is a carryover from olden times when computers were much slower.

There is actually only 1 sentence about this on an adobe site--

https://helpx.adobe.com/elements-organizer/kb/performance-options.html

Do this to stop that exe file about autocreations from loading.    I don't know of a single user that likes, or uses the auo creations.

There used to be a similar thing in Acrobat, MAYBE it's this: basically this other option would quietly run bits of the app quietly in the background (invisibily). Since the first run of some apps is slow, by the time you come to run it, things should have speeded up. One reason (not the only one) is it may get the virus checking done earlier. This is just a theory.
