What is the difference between Elements 15 and 2018?

What's new in Photoshop Elements

The layout is the same.

As usual, the new version brings new features and bug fixes. I don't see why you would prefer PSE15 to PSE2018.

Adobe only sells the latest version, you might find PSE15 boxes from big retailers.
