Hi,

I am experiencing a bug with Photoshop Elements Organizer 15.

When I move the Organizer window to my second monitor, Organizer becomes usuable (frozen).

I have 3 screen:

- laptop screen has a resolution of 3840x2160

- monitor 1 has a resolution of 1920x1080

- monitor 2 has a resolution of 1920x1080

When I move Organizer windows to my monitor 1 or 2, I cannot interact with the Organizer anymore (not even resize the window), its frozen.

If I click on a folder, nothing happens, but if I move the Organizer to the laptop screen, I see the folder was clicked since it showing the images.

A few months ago, it was working very well with monitor 1 & 2.

I dont know if this issue was caused by a Windows update or Adobe update.

I have tried to uninstall/reinstall all photoshop (Elements & Premiere), but it does not fix the issue.

Since the laptop screen is very small, I want to use the Organizer on the bigger monitors (monitor 1 & 2), which are 24".

If I try maximize Organizer Window on monitor 1 or 2, Organizer just freeze and I need to kill the application.

If I have close the Organizer on monitor 1 or 2, when I start back the Organizer, I get this weird window for the Organizer

If you could resolve this bug quickly.

Note: if it can help you resolve the issue, here the info on my laptop

- Windows 10 Pro x64, 16 Gb Ram

- my monitors are connect to the laptop via the DELL 3100 Dock Station
