When I start organizer the disk space goes empty

Hello everyone,

I have recently bought Photoshope and Premier elements. I have imported 35Gb media including videos and pictures to organizer. While importing it stopped working couple of times and I had to restart it, then I deleted all the media and tried importing again in small batches. I have noticed that when organizer is not running the available disk space shows 52GB, but when it I start the organizer the disk space goes down from 52GB to 400GB, organizer stops working including all other apps. When the organizer is not running, other apps work fine. I have been trying to fix this issue for 2 days now but no success. I have also turned off the auto creations but it didn't help. Any suggestion to fix this issue are appreciated. Thank you.
