When I start the update, Internet Explorer is opened, but I want to use Chrome. How to solve this?

When I start the update of Adobe Photoshop Elements, Internet Explorer is automatically opened. But I don't use that anymore, and I even had deleted it from my laptop.
I only want to use Chrome, thus also for this update.

How to solve this?

Thanks for your quick reply.

However, as far as I know, Chrome has always been my default browser, already since I have this laptop.

Nevertheless, I followed the instructions in the link, and now it works! I just updated Photoshop Elements.
