when picture is zoomed in and out or resized I get a strange pattern in the mans jacket

@gerryw6224528 are you talking about the pocket area?

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, but IMO the photo has been overly sharpened.  I don't know whether that has caused what you are seeing.  The photo you have uploaded is not a particularly high resolution, so there is also a lot of pixelation.  I imagine that the original photo was a higher resolution.  Can you post that so we can see what is going on? 

BTW, it's a great photo of a beautiful couple.

It happens when the image is not viewed at 100%.  It's call a moirre pattern. 

I've tried changing the jacket to a solid material without a pttern in PS, but it always comes up with simliar patterns.
