Where are my .dmg" files?

Hello
I am completely new here and have a question regarding Elements and Premiere.
I bought a three-year license from "in-download". Something went wrong during or after the activation of the code, so I never saw the .dmg files. However, the code is activated. The supplier in the Netherlands nor the one in France did not respond to my questions. Does anyone have an idea where I could find those files on my iMac?

et vous connecter. avec le même identifiant, après quoi vous pourrez utiliser le produit.

Dmg files are normally on the desktop when mounted or in your downloads folder. Otherwise try using this link: https://www.adobe.com/products/elements-family/electronic-software-download.html

Thanks for the hint. However, the requested files are not there. I fear I have been scammed by in-download.nl

Adobe says that for purchases from third party sources you will receive a redemption code. I’m not sure of the process but when redeemed it is meant to be linked to your Adobe ID. Have you checked your Adobe account?
