Where are the tools?
I used Photoshop to edit my hand drawn illustrations. In the past I had the Lasso tool, paint bucket and others. I have down loaded Elements, CC and Light Room with no result. Where are they?

In the Elements Editor all the tools are in the "Expert" mode.
