Where Can I Get Elements 13

Question

I have PS Elements 13 but do not have the CD anymore. I read a bunch of posts for downloading older versions but the links now all point to different sites. Even the links on Adobe do not work, these links do not work

So where can I download older versions?

This is a user to user community. For some issues it will be necessary to contact Adobe directly. Click the following link and scroll down the page to Individual. Then click “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with Adobe Support.

Adobe only makes the latest two versions available for download. Make it clear that you are not looking for support for an older product but need a download link to re-install.
