Where can I purchase Photoshop Elements 22?

I have recently acquired an older iMac which is unable to run Elements 2023. On Adobe's website, I can download Photoshop Elements 2022 and use the free trial. When I go to try and purchase it, it says that I am purchasing Photoshop Elements 2023. Is there any way to purchase the full version of Photoshop Elements ~~2023~~ 2022? If not, is there a similar program that will run on Mac OS Catalina (10.15.7).

There are various online retailers who may be selling copies of Elements 2022 for Mac. (You cannot purchase it from Adobe anymore.) You may even find it on eBay. But be careful as there are many scammers who will sell you unauthorized/hacked or used copies which cannot be authenticated. Make sure you have some form or recourse if the purchase doesn't work out.
