Where is my photo bin?

I have Elements14, working on a MCBookPro OS X Yosemite 10.10.5.  I cannot see the photo bin.  I can see the tools taskbar, but cannot see or get to the photo bin.  I am sure this is something simple but I cannot figure it out.

I'm having this same problem, but I'm using Windows 10...and the answer above doesn't make sense to me. I can't seem to do that.

When you launch the Editor and go to Expert Mode you should see a button to click (bottom left)

Thats the problem.  I do not have that button visible

Can you drag the window up from bottom right? Or click the green button and drag.
