Where is text Kerning in Photoshop Elements 16?

Does anyone know where kerning is in Photoshop Elements 16? (I.e., changing the space between characters, wider in particular.)

    Hello,

     

    As @MichelBParis rightly mentioned, the Tracking functionality was introduced in Elements 2019. You can download the free 30-day trial to explore this feature.

    It's only in Elements 2019 (version 17) that the full Photoshop features: Leading and Tracking have been added to Elements. Before that version, the only partial workaround was to use the 'Asian text' option.
