where's EXE

I bought elements 11, then updated to 15. I just re-set windows 10 on my PC having fully backed up, but element 15 won't open, and I can't find an EXE file to boot with.

I have elements 15 on my laptop, can I transfer?

I have lost my key code, and would like to update as per your offer.

You can buy PSE 2021 at a discounted upgrade price only if you have the serial number for the old version.

Legend

To update you don't need the EXE. But you do need your serial number, because that is checked when you install the update.
