Where to locate the sharpen tool in Elements 12

I have recently upgraded to Elements 12, but the Filter drop-down menu does not seem to contain the section for sharpening. I would appreciate knowing where to find it.

    Sorry - I meant blur (not blue!) tool

    It is in the 'Enhance' menu, not the 'Filters' one.

    Hello Michael - and thanks for the prompt reply. I only have the following in my Enhance section:

    red eye tool - spot healing brush - smart brush tool - clone stamp tool - blue tool - sponge tool - is it missing something?
