Which old installation files can be removed?

I am currently running Photoshop Elements 2019 on Mojave and noticed there are a lot of files from previous installs of Elements going back to 2014 just taking up space. Some in /Library/Application Support/Adobe/ and some in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe. Any guidance as to what can be removed?
