Which Photoshop Elements runs on Mac OS 10.10 Yosemite?

On a mac Pro it's easy to keep two different OS boot drives accessible, and I have one drive running OS 10.10.5 that I would like to put Photoshop Elements on. I have to stick to OS 10.10 because my ancient Wacom Cintiq won't run on anything newer, and I like it. The combination of Mac OS 10.10, Old Cintiq and Sketchbook Pro works fine, So which Photoshop Elements version will I need, and can I buy it from Adobe? I notice that Adobe offers free upgrades for Elements up to 2018, but I don't own PSE right now, thus no serial number to activate it. Any suggestions?

Also I am afraid if you would be able to buy this old version of Elements, be cautious from purchasing a pirated version of the product.

I would recommend you to try installing Elements 2018 from here: Download Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, and 14

And Use it for 30 days of trial, and if you like the product, then you can buy it from Adobe and use it afterwards.
