While Browsing, Vieiwing, and other actions, Elements Orgainzer Jumps to Begining of Folder

I am using PhotoElements 26.  While browsing videos or photos, Photoshop Element jumps back to the beginning of the folder.  This happens while scrolling, viewing, or selecting a phone to edit.  How can I stop PE from jumping back to the beginning of the folder.
