Whither Photoshop Elements 2018 User Guide PDF?

Where is the PDF "User Guide" for PSE 2018?

I've downloaded it and kept it handy on my desk for prior versions, but can't find it anywhere on Adobe's web site. Surely Adobe hasn't abandoned this useful reference?

      There are now updated pdf user guides for photoshop elements 2018 and the photoshop elements 2018 organizer available.

      Still no links that i can see on the adobe photoshop elements help page, but i guess adobe is still working on that.

        Jeff,

        One tip I learnt recently from a senior ACP:

        Since searching in the 'Search' feature of this forum often fails, it's much faster to use Google or similar search engine to find an official help file or troubleshooting paper from Adobe.

        You include 'helpx' in your search.

        For instance you enter: helpx, Elements, slideshows...

        To find in this forum, enter   forums.adobe.com, Elements, slideshows

        With the search tool in the pdf help file, you can find easily any word. For instance to find features present in Windows and not in Macs, search for 'Windows only'

        I find it inconceivable that a product as robust as this, does not have at least a pdf users guide. I, for one, really need this, and it should have been available as soon as the software went on sale. to fail to do so shows little regard for the customer.

          Ditto here regarding really? and when?. Even using the PSE 15 PDF guide is a poor substitute as so much has changed. And no, you are not the only one observing the irony of Adobe having difficulty creating the PDF file. The HTML page is only good as a "teaser" of what the software promises to do, it is NOT a good tool by any stretch.

            I gather from the linked material that there is no PSE 2018 User Guide PDF available, but there might be one some day, and in the mean time we should just make do with an older version and read about new features elsewhere? Seriously?

            In addition to the irony of one part of the Adobe empire not being able to create PDFs (another part of the empire), I still have no definitive answer on whether there will or will not be a User Guide PDF.

            So: Will there at least some day be a PSE 2018 User Guide available as a PDF? Or not? Surely somebody at Adobe can answer this simple question?
