Why can I not see any of my bought products in my adobe account?

Back in 2018 I bought adobe elements 2018 at best buy and added the information to my adobe account. Now that my main PC died, I am trying to redownload the programs, but my adobe account says that my "App Subscription has ended", even tho I never bought a monthly app subscription. My paid Adobe Elements 2018 is not anywhere in my library or the apps. Can someone please help me?

Go to where the arrows are pointing to.   This is the same thing Greg mentioned.   You contents will be different under the products page.   NOTE:  PSE  2025 DOES NOT, AND WILL NOT APPEAR in the product listing.

You are probably not looking in the correct place.  Try this link which should take you to the Products page of your account where you will find any registered versions of Elements.

 

BTW, I recently learned that copies of Elements 2014 purchased at Best Buy have a limited 10 year license.  You may want to check the terms of your license.
