Why cant I go any further than the wellcome page on Photoshop Elements on windows?

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 11 25H2. Then I bought a 3 year lisense for Adobe Photoshop Elements. After download and install a just get to the wellcome window where I can choose Organizer, Photo Editor and Video Editor. None of these buttons is working. I can’t start anything. It looks like the application is loading, but after a while it just stop. No error or no any information. I have tried to run it as a administrator and have reinstalled the software 3 times, but still the same issue. Any tips for me here? Thanks in advance.

It could be an incomplete installation or an anti-virus program blocking a complete installation.

Can you launch the Editor directly? That would also let you launch the Organizer

Go to: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2026

Scroll to the apps beginning with the letter P and choose to double-click on PhotoshopElementsEditor - see image

If that makes no difference check that the software is registered in your Adobe account by logging-in and going to the bottom of the page in the products tab:
