why did a trial version of Elements downloaded instead of the licensed one?

Hello,

I have bought Elements 15 yesterday and followed the steps to upload it - however when opening the app (photo editor) it gives me the option of downloading a trial? How can I correct this?

There is no difference in a trial or full download, except the validity period (30 days for the trial). You simply have to enter your serial key to transform a trial version into a full one. See the menu Help >> sign in.
