Why do I get a tiny image after cropping?

I have successfully been using PSE 14 since December 2015. Today, I import a photo,  crop it , & when I click the green checkmark, it appears as a teeny, tiny image. I am crushed!

    I tried  going to View & clicking Fit on Screen, and I tied to crop it & then I clicked the green check mark & got this:


    You have set the output dimensions in pixels. No wonder.

    Choose your unit (in or cm...)

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear about the imported image is looking small in Photoshop Elements, does it happen with all images or some specific image?

    Could you please try going to View and choose Fit on Screen and let us know if it helps?
