Hi Recently purchased PS Elements from App store.

Problem is when I select a photo to open there are two apps to choose from.

1. One is called PS Elements Editor 15.0

2. The other one is just PS Elements 15.2

3. One app is hidden so can't uninstall

Why do I have two apps?

If I get an answer i have another saving question.

Thanks

    Hi Louis,

The two version numbers don't point to two apps but to a single app only. To launch Editor, you need to choose the first option that you listed i.e. PS Elements Editor 15.0.

For your information, the other option, PS Elements 15.2, is the welcome screen which allows you to choose between Organizer and Editor applications while launching.

So for your purpose of editing, you can use PS Elements Editor 15.0 and need not uninstall anything.

Please let me know in case you've further queries.

    Thanks,

    Thank you for quick reply.

Are you saying that the last two times for screen shots was not enough?

How many staff are required to find the answer?

I removed every Adobe in my system. Plist, Preferences,Apps, uninstall programs. Every mention of Adobe. I cleared all Caches everything.

Then I reinstalled from the App store.

I do not want to do it again.

It takes 45 mins to download.

!st screenshot shows that PS Elements 15 is there. In the 2nd screenshot. this is the screenshot of what I see when I go to open a Jpeg.

There is no further info I can give you

    Thanks
