Why do you make it impossible to use my old version of Photoshop [Elements]?

I have a legal version of Version17. of photshop elemets that is Impossible to use becuse you update some stuff and even if I got it to install after alot of error I still can not use it.

If you do not care about older products that are legal why dont you just tell me straight out.
I tells me the seriel is wrong and it is the seriel that is atached to my prodoct on your site so what do I do?

If you have the Photoshop and Premiere Elements bundle, make sure that you are entering the correct serial number for each program. Otherwise, please give us the exact error message you are receiving. (Do not show us your serial number.)
