Why does Photo not appear in email?

Photoshop elements 13 is sending  the message here are the photos i want to share but then there are just letters like bbeecckkkeddaaahhltolrll...a real mess

anyone have an idea of how to fis this? I have Elem,ents 13 on 2 pc's but this is new primary one. On phone support is not good customer service! Jhavron
