why I can not applied the updated PSE15.2

I updated the latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud already

the version is 15.0

not 15.2

Did you try rebooting your machine once?

If not, please try to do so.

And if the problem persists, try updating Adobe Application Manager and then install PSE15.2 updates.
