Will license for Elements 15 work with 14?

Hi, for a certain reason I prefer to buy Photoshop Elements 14 rather than 15.

However, Elements 14 is no longer available for purchasing.

Can I purchase a license for Elements 15 and then use it with Elements 14 (after I install the latter)?

If not, is there any other way I could purchase Elements 14?

PSEv.14 is available on e-bay. Just be sure that the product is legitimate.

Consider waiting for PSEv16, which should come to market this fall.
