Will there be a Photoshop Elements for Copilot+ PCs

Question

I was disappointed that I couldn't load Photoshop Elements 2024 on my new Microsoft Surface Laptop 7. I gather that there is already an ARM Windows compatible verison of Photoshop but as an occasional-use amateur, I can't justify the cost. Will there be an Elements version, and if so when?

According to this post from a user, it is possible to use a Windows ARM processor by running the program as an Administrator.
