will this plug in work inpse2026

Question

Hello all!!I am curious to know if this cool software will work in Photoshop Elements 2026 considering the fact that the PSE2026 performs better than Photoshop CS5.1 or 5.5??Here is link for the cool software:  https://ww.kelvindesigns.com/tools-presets-addons-complete-package-saleI am looking for cool software whether it is freeware or payware that will make my aviation screenshots look better using PSE2026. My requirements are cool looking headlights, red and green beacons, rain drops, rain splattering, snowing, snow splattering, foggy environment, etc etc that you would see in aviation photos.  Here is example of my screenshot done by older editing softwares.Regards,Aharon

The package that you have linked is not really a plug-in as far as I can tell. It is a bunch of different tools that include Brushes, Overlays and Presets.

The brushes will probably work with Elements. Simple overlays should also work. But it may be problematic whether the presets will work. While most Photoshop plugins will work with Elements, I suspect that this package includes a number of Photoshop Actions. Those will not work well with Elements unless there is an exact equivalent command in Elements.

I suggest you contact the publisher of the package to determine whether this somewhat expensive software is worth your while.
