Window 10 freezes Elements

Windows is going crazy again.

When opening image folders from Elements, Windows 10 laptop freezes. I've closed all the other programs except Firefox or Chrome. Sometimes Windows will unfreeze after a few minutes. Other times I must do a hard reboot.
