Window locked after hitting Search key in Elements Organizer 16.0.0.0 in Windows 10.

I run Elements Organizer 2018 in an swedish Windows 10 environment. I have 100 000 photos. It runs smoothly, but when i hit the search (in swedish "Indexsökning") button the window hangs and is grayish. The progarm work in other parts however. It still can show People (in swedish "Folk") and Places (in swedish "Platser").
I have an HP ENVY Curved All-in-One - 34-b010no with 16 GB memory and a 34" screen.

Actually. I can do one search and if I hit  "Stödraster" (in swedish), the next window freezes.
