Windows 10 - Elements 15 - Configure To Print Envelopes

Hello,

I've used Elements 15 with the Epson WF-3520 for years.  The combination is terrific.  I've "made" my own envelopes before, adding logo and such.  It's not sure whether something among the parts has changed or it's just a very old brain.  Does anyone have experience creating #10 envelopes.  I've created a #10-sized document, saved the psd as a png.  Looks just right on the screen. 

But my configurations have resulted in:

- 3/4" white margin added to left of graphic element, or

- entire document being reduced in size, or

- left side of document cropped by more than an inch.

I'm stumped.  :  (

As an asside, this gray type is more difficult to read for some than black would be.
