Windows 11 compatability

I have a new laptop with windows 11 pro. As I was not aware of  compatability problems, I installed Adobe photoshop elements 11. After restarting the computer, windows didn't start again. I tried several options for restart but nothing works. I read about compatability issues between photoshop and windows 11 but this doesn't help me now.

Can there be att way to start windows again?

    Other users have reported that they have had to reset their laptops back to out-of-the-box condition.  I suggest you contact your laptop manufacturer if you don't know how to do that.

    Boy, I had to reinstall windows 11 pro at a cost of more than 100 dollars. And I lost all installed programs too.  I just love windows ...
