Windows - Surface Pro 7 Pen

Hello, Since the latest update to photoshop my surface pen no longer works with photoshop, I have tried all sorts , including setting scaling of high dpi to system in compatability settings, however now the pen is working, it is highly pixelated and jaggered, as is the whole programme. Any ideas?
