Windows too Mac

Question

I bought Photoshop Elements for windows few years ago. Now  I have a Mac. How can I use Photoshop Elements on this computer?

First problem is if you bought a NEW Mac with the NEWEST version of OS X installed, Catalina, your FEW years old version of PS Elements will not install even IF you have the Mac version instead of the Windows version. Apple has stopped supporting any 32 bit programs. So even if the main Elements program was/is 64 bit the installer for it is only 32bit and will not run on new Mac computers.
