Wishing to buy PS Elements 13 or 14

Hi folks,

Where can I buy Photoshop Elements version 13 or 14?

On the buying guide, Buying guide | Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 vs 14, 13
it includes a comparison between various Elements versions available to purchase. I don't need most of the sharing and organising features of v15.
So I want to see the prices and perhaps buy v14. I'm used to using v10.

Also, if I buy v14, does it come bundled with the related Premier Elements from the same release year?

Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this; I tried finding an e-mail address for Adobe Sale, but nothing exists like that.

It's as if they don't want to be contacted about possible sales... bad idea IMHO.

Adobe only sells the current photoshop elements 15 version, so i guess that chart is to show features added to pse 15 as compared to some older versions for those that are thinking of upgrading.

If your local computer type store doesn't have any older versions, maybe you can find some on Amazon.

Honestly, if you don't need an older version for os compatibility, your better off just getting pse 15 and it's not really different from those older versions, just some features added and all those older versions listed come with the pse organizer.
