Within Adobe elements 2018 when i click 'crop' elements crashes and switches off

Hi,

I have recently installed Adobe elements 2018 onto my windows 10 (1803 windows version) Toshiba laptop but when i go to crop any image elements crashes and shuts the program down I have got the error logs below -
