This is not Adobe Support.  It is a public forum, so I removed your private information.

If you are lucky, nobody has stolen your serial number.

If you post a code on the internet you lose it. Someone will steal it, and it will not be replaced. 

Please don't tell me you're posting your own product code openly here in the forum
