I have no problem placing wrapped text on the top, outside, and on the bottom, inside, a circle.

Which version of PSE are you using?

It would help if you post your logo (or similar) for us to attempt to provide targeted directions. You can do that via the insert image icon at the top of the reply box on the forum. You can not do it in an e-mail reply, however.
