Wrong Serial in Systeminfo

Hello,

first i say sorry for my very bad english.

I have a problem. I have installed Adobe Photoshop elements 15 with a original serial. Now i have checked my Systeminfo on Photoshop and see another Serialnumber. Why?

I clicked in Photoshop on Help and then Systeminformations. This Serialnumber isn´t my bought serial. I don´t understand it.

How i can see the Serial from Lightroom? I don´t find it.

    It's the same serial, just written in such a way that no one but adobe can get your serial from the system info.

    Which version of Lightroom do you have and subscription or perpetual license?

    The serial for Lightroom non subscription is supposed to be in Help>System Info if it's a perpetual license.

    A subscription Lightroom in Help>System Info would say License>Creative Cloud
