Wrong Version bought?

I thought I was on the UK site buying Elements 24, but American English was the only language available.

Now the program tells me I appear to be somewhere else, and suggests the UK site. (I am in UK) each time I start it. 

 

Can I go somewhere and use my serial number to download an actual UK version if such a thing exists please?

 

(Not a very experienced user, you may be able to tell!)

As far as I know, there is only one download file for the program.  The language is set at the time of installation.  There is only one English version.  (I was born in England and live in the US, so I consider myself to be bilingual.  😉)

 

If I have misunderstood the problem, please explain what you mean when you say the program tells you that you appear to be somewhere else.  If your serial number is not working, you will need to contact Adobe Support.  This is a user-to-user forum.
