hallo,immer wenn ich den zauberstab einsetze schliest sich das program komplet.woran kann das liegen?

You have not provided us much information and the translation of your post into English is a little unusual. What OS and version of Elements are you using?

Based on the little information you have given us, I suggest that you try resetting the preferences file. Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.
