2024 Elements on new Win-11 PC

I have Photoshop & Premier Elements 2024 bundle on my Win-10 PC. I'm contemplating either a Win-11 OS update on existing PC, or new hardware & fresh install altogether, TBD. But I would prefer to re-install this same  PSE 2024 version under Win-11. When the time comes, is it possible to enter my SR# & download? I tried searching community forum but replies seem a bit variable depending on date.  This more recent post seems to suggest that is not an option. Can someone please clarify.

Adding to John's post.....   I don't do this often enough to verify it.  What should happen, according to the license, is that you can install PrE to two computers but use only one at a time.   The idea is that you may have both a desktop and laptop computers, but not sharing among multiple people.  If you decide to install on a third computer, you have to log out of your account in one of the first two.  You do the logging out in the Help menu.

When I got to the link John posted for my account, I see the option to download several past versions.  I don't know how far back it will go before it won't work.

For serial number programs you may download only if you bought direct from Adobe
-Log in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products
--IF a download is available there will be a Download button under the program name
---as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you always have what you need
---since Adobe DOES sometimes remove very old downloads from their file server

Thank you for link. Never even occurred to me that prior purchases with SR#'s are summarized in one convenient spot under my account. Its showing my PSE versions back to 2014! Is it a fair assumption that prior purchased v24.0 for 'Windows' is Windows version (10/11) agnostic? ie. I could download the file(s) under new Win-11 OS & it would figure that out install properly?

Microsoft generally does a very good job of backward compatibility

I have 4 very old IGT Slot games that I installed on Win11 (32bit x86 mode on 64bit OS)
I did not have to select a compatibility mode or run as Admin... Win11 just accepted them
So in my experience Microsoft has done a very good job with backwards compatibility
Program EXE dated 10-07-2015 Game of the Gods
Program EXE dated 03-06-2012 Diamond Galaxy
Program EXE dated 11-18-2011 Lucky Larry
Program EXE dated 08-04-2010 Wolf Run
