Adobe Premiere Elements 25 - Weird color in video after rendering

I’ve captured some 4K HDR videos using my GoPro 12.  When playing the video in Windows, everything looks normal.  Also, when playing the clip within Premiere Elements Project Asset, it looks fine.   After adding it to the timeline and render, the color of the clip in preview looks strange.  See attachment.  The blue sky turns black.  Any assistance with this issue would be appreciated.
