AMD Ryzen 7 3800 crashes during export, no problems with INTEL CPU

Hi,
I bought Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 and I'm happy with it. But now I have had a problem exporting to my PC. Every time there was a crash of the program.
OS: Win 10 pro
RAM: 32GBy
SSD, NVME
GPU: GTX 1080 Ti
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800x

As it turned out, it was my CPU.... Since the program is not AMD compatible?
Have been able to export the video to my laptop with an INTEL 7 CPU without problems.....

Guys, I buy a software and already assume that AMD CPU's are also supported.

Something about your system is being 'triggered' during the very intense export operation

>GPU: GTX 1080 Ti

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
•nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
••for Premiere Pro and MAYBE Premiere Elements use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver
•••such as (MAY not be the latest) https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/results/170344/
There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version

I had installed the Studio driver, unfortunately with the same result 😞
Just exported a short video by one minute with my AMD machine, without problems.

Will try the days times some Studio drivers from NVDIA, but too much ambition I put there now not purely, since I have my solution with the other computer 😉

Nevertheless many thanks to you for your support

AMD is supported... you may have a hardware problem that is 'triggered' by the very intense work of exporting

This is not your exact problem, but the ideas may help

Guys, I never talked about my operating system crashing, I talked about Premiere crashing. My system runs stable. Various RAM and co tests made. everything okay.
- Never had a BSOD.

However, thanks for the well-intentioned advice.
My solution was to get out my laptop and export the video.

The program otherwise runs absolutely stable. Have no other problems, cutting, effects is all flawless.

I run Premier Elements 2021 (& occasionally 14) on my desktop PC which has an AMD Ryzen 5 3400G CPU & it runs well!
