Cannot find my scanner in Adobe Elements 2026

Hello, I am unable to see my scanner in Elements 2026.  When I select File/Import I only see WIA Support.  I have checked WIA and it is running and I see both scanners.  If I select WIA support, it freezes up completely and I have to manually stop running the program from task manager.  I am running Windows 11
