I paid for Premiere elements 2022 but have not been able to install it. The installer fails error 113. I have tried disabling my virus protection & firewall, have only one internet connection, which works flawlessly for everything else, and do not connect via a proxy server.

System:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H2
Installed on ‎25/‎03/‎2021
OS build 19044.1586 - it is up-to-date

Any ideas?

John Derrick

If it were me, I would get some installation help from Adobe techs.  They really do want you to have a working product!

    John,

That page is relevent.  You can even get to it by clicking "Online Support" in the Help menu.   Adobe can remotely run your computer and solve the issue.
