Download Premiere Elements 2020 to new laptop

Hello,
I was given a version of Premiere Elements (and Photoshop Elements) 2020 as a gift and also used it for a long time. Now I have a new laptop and would like to uninstall the programme on the old laptop and use it on the new one. That should normally work, shouldn't it?
According to the Adobe website, I have to log in with my account and then see all my purchased programmes under "Products". However, I don't see Elements 2020 there. I have also checked whether I am logged in with a different account on the old laptop. But I use exactly the same account as on the new laptop.
The product key no longer works, of course. It was for use on one device. But that means I should be able to install it on another device when I log off the other one. But I can't install the programme.
What can I do to be able to use Premiere Elements 2020 on the new laptop? It's quite a pity if I have to buy new programme licences in addition to the laptop.

A serial number (6 groups of 4 numbers with no letters) may be used for 2 installs

A redemption code is used ONE time to be given a serial number

If your gift was a download, and you no longer have the download, you MAY be able to get installers here

IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-you should ALWAYS keep a copy (or two!) on an external device
-since Adobe DOES SOMETIMES REMOVE OLD VERSIONS FROM THE SERVER
-a usb flash drive or external hard drive, or write to a CD or DVD
-plus a text file containing your serial number if you have a serial number program

Was the gift on a DVD or did you download the install files?

If download you simply copy the install files to a USB flash drive to install on the new computer

Thanks for your answer.

I downloaded the installation file. But I usually delete the install file after I installed the programm. Is it possible to find the install file somewhere in the folder of the installed programme?

I have never seen an install file copied to the program directory during an install

You need to download again... and this time keep a copy on a USB flash drive or other media

It should normally work but it is not always easy.

Your license allows two installations. So, if you have the orginal installation file and the serial number, it should be straight forward. If not, it will be harder. You can try a support chat here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
