Trying to Re-Install Adobe 2020 - Need Product Key

I purchased the downloadable Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Student Teacher Edition on 19 February 2022 from Amazon.  My laptop stopped working so I purchased a new computer.  I transferred the program but when re-installing, it's asking for the product key which, I do not have.  How can I get the product key so that I can finish installing especially, before classes start back up next week?

Why did you not keep track of the serial number by putting it in a PAPER file folder in your desk?

- when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer
- AND/OR put your information in a text file and copy that file to a USB flash drive

It's a pity, because that's what you paid for, and without it you have nothing. You clearly had it when you first paid for it. But did you register it, it should be on your account if so?

you need that serial number (6 groups of 4 numbers).  there is no work-around.

here are the ways to find/recover an adobe serial number.

1. search purchased materials: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html

2. you can check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND you remember the adobe id used to purchase/register), https://accounts.adobe.com

3. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,
