error occur : file importer detected an inconsistency in the file structure..

I bought Premire Elements 2018 to making video.

I made Opening Title and some text by PRIMERE ELEMENTS. and try making video.

But this type of error(file importer detected an inconsistency in the file structure..) frequently occur everytime, so I couldn't made video.

- Here's my video file's spec : MTS File / 1440 x 1080 / 29.97frame/

- And I wanna make video file as : mp4 file / 1280 x 720 / 30 frame

- My computer's spec : WIN 10 64bit / 8gb Ram / Intel core i5-7200U @ 2.50GHz

Please somebody help me. And sorry about my bad english because I can't writing English well.

    There appears to be problems with how your project is set up.

    As I asked before:

    * What is listed on the General page of Project Settings under the program's Edit menu?

    Here's my general page's setting, I tried change Frame size, but it coudln't changeable. I'll wait your respond. Thank you.

    +@ : I tried export other video. There's no orange line like this pic.

    But after hours, I got same error again like this pic.

    But I already made 3 video by same direction. Is low HDD capacity can make this situation? My left HDD capacity is very low (about 5~10gbyte)

    sorry about many questions.....I have to make lot of video but still in delay.

    When you first add your video to your timeline, do you see a yellow orange "render" line above the video clip? This indicates that you do not have your project set up properly which can cause performance problems.

    When you look under the Edit menu, what is listed on the General page of Project Settings?

    This is when I click edit menu, then what could I see.

    +@ : Sometimes, when I making video, there's error box occur with no message.

    These problems make me crazy because when I making video, It takes 1~2hours.
